Lewis took the time to get to know our preferences and personalities in order to help us find a home we would love. We found his knowledge of the different neighborhoods incredibly helpful, as we were moving from out of state. Lewis and his team were always available and easy to communicate with. Most importantly, Lewis is a monster negotiator–the kind of agent you want on your team when it comes to your money. He made sure we didn’t over pay for a house just because we weren’t familiar with the market. He wanted us in a house at a fair price and sought on our behalf to not come in way above appraisal.
